Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

If your order is eligible, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery (see Return section).
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Items bought during sales or promotional offers
Customized or personalized products
Innerwear or items marked as final sale
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange by contacting our support team.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item).
Return shipping must be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
