Cancellation & Refund

At Ekaspe, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • If your order is eligible, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery (see Return section).


2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought during sales or promotional offers

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear or items marked as final sale


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange by contacting our support team.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item).

  • Return shipping must be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
